We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Training Administrator to join our dynamic team. This full-time on-site role (based in Bedfordview, moving to Boksburg in September) involves the coordination, planning, and administration of training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing training schedules, maintaining records, assisting with training material development (especially PowerPoint presentations), and ensuring excellent service delivery to learners and internal staff.
This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
- Coordinate and manage all administrative aspects of training programs
- Maintain and update training schedules, attendance records, and learner databases
- Liaise with clients, trainers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of training sessions
- Prepare and edit high-quality PowerPoint presentations and other training materials
- Provide ongoing support to learners and staff throughout training cycles
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and training standards
- Track progress of training delivery and assist with feedback collection and reporting
- Assist with telemarketing and lead generation efforts related to training programs
- Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
