- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote the academy’s services
- Clearly explain course offerings and benefits to potential learners or organizations
- Schedule appointments or consultations for senior team members
- Maintain and update customer and prospect records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly telesales targets
- Handle client objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Provide accurate information about training programmes and learner support services
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on campaigns and leads
- Attend product training and stay up to date with service offerings and industry trends
