1. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.

• Follow up on leads and quotations.

2. Sales Support

• Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and product information.

• Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Support the external sales team with admin and coordination tasks.

3. Product Knowledge & Recommendations

• Understand product features, pricing, and benefits.

• Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs.

• Stay up to date with new products and promotions.

4. Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.

• Track and report on sales targets, KPIs, and customer feedback.

• Analyze customer purchasing trends to identify upselling opportunities.

5. Collaboration

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts departments to fulfill orders.

• Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns or customer outreach

• Matric 
• 2-5 years experience in a sales / internal sales position
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
