  • Handle all the Director’s personal tasks and information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Manage the Director’s schedule.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Answer phone calls and emails; liaise professionally with clients.
  • Have basic knowledge of Sage for invoicing and purchase orders (preferred but not mandatory); capture invoices.
  • Keep the showroom neat, tidy, and presentable.
  • Coordinate building maintenance (e.g., arranging plumbers, aircon servicing, forklift servicing, etc.).
  • Generate basic quotes in Microsoft Word.
  • Order stock and stationery as required.
  • Collect reports from various departments.
  • Manage general task traffic and workflows.
  • File and maintain organised records.
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Manage the flow of meetings and boardroom bookings.
  • Maintain and implement new, effective working systems.
  • Understand the sales process for all products; become familiar with products and customers.
  • Arrange consumables (e.g., milk, paper towels, water, etc.).
