Permanent - Factory Manager - Tshwane (Pretoria) - South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, resource allocation, and output.
• Prepare and issue accurate shop floor drawings using CAD software.
• Manage CNC programs for tank components and coordinate with operators.
• Ensure all manufacturing orders are completed on time, as per project deadlines.
• Maintain strict quality control throughout the production process.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Report to the Project Manager and coordinate production plans.
• Support installation success by ensuring all parts are made to spec and delivered on time.

Minimum Requirements:

• 3–5 years’ experience as a Factory Manager in a steel fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent).
• Experience with CNC programming and machine operation.
• Strong understanding of steel tank design, fabrication processes, and quality standards.
• Leadership and supervisory skills.
• Deadline-driven with strong planning and coordination abilities
