Permanent - Accounting Assistant / Debtors and Creditors Clerk - Johannesburg - South Africa

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial records using Sage/Pastel Accounting software.
• Understanding of Debtors and Creditors.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist the senior accountant.
• Invoicing, Purchase Orders and Quotations

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Sage/Pastel Accounting software is a must.
• Proven experience as an accountant.
• Strong collections and reconciliations
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Proven references are required for book value up to R10m
• Must Understand the supplier processing factors, of invoices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
