Permanent - Financial Manager - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Oversee the day to day financial running of the Company . 

Will be responsible for providing strategic and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and providing insights to support operational decision making. 

Financial accuracy, leadership, and strategic planning required for the role

Manage, mentor, coach and ensure the development of Finance team.

Build and maintain strong relationships with the finance team, key stakeholders and external agencies

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

3+ years senior level financial management and operational experience, oversee payroll etc preferably within the wholesale sector, multiple branches.

In-depth knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations and industry legislation

Proven knowledge of financial analysis, financial systems and strategy

Analytical skills

Attention to detail 

Strong leadership experience - manage a  team of 15+ reportees including Payroll

Strong IT skills, SAGE etc
