Position: HR Recruitment Generalist

• We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruitment Generalist to join our team at Green Fields New Mine. As an HR Recruitment Generalist, you will play a crucial role in attracting top talent to our organization as we build our team for this new venture.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the mining industry
• Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
• Duties:
• Create job postings and advertisements for open positions
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation
• Communicate with candidates and provide updates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires
• Collaborate with other HR team members on special projects and initiatives

Inherent Requirements:

• Knowledge of Mining Industry: Understanding of the mining industry, including the operational processes, industry regulations, and safety standards specific to a new green fields mine.
