Position: HSE Manager

• We are seeking a diligent and experienced HSE Manager to join our mining company and oversee all health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
• Collaborate with management to establish safety goals and objectives, and track progress towards achieving them.
• Coordinate safety training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Position: HSE Manager

• Education:
• A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to health, safety, and environmental management.
