Permanent - Facilities Supervisor - Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily work of technicians and contractors; ensure PPM schedules and work orders are completed.
• Conduct quality checks and enforce HSE compliance (toolbox talks, PTWs, incident reporting).
• Maintain materials/spares control; coordinate with vendors and ensure job close-out documentation.
• Support troubleshooting across MEP and soft services; escalate issues to Facilities Manager as required.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities supervision, preferably in residential compounds.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, hard and soft FM services.
• Strong supervisory and hands-on technical skills.
• Understanding of HSE procedures and quality control.
• Ability to manage daily operations efficiently and escalate appropriately.
