Job Purpose - General Summary:
To plan and implement sales and marketing activities and develop new business in order to meet targets for retention, growth and profitability.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- Negotiate and close deals
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, accounts etc)
- Daily & weekly sales meetings
