JOB PURPOSE:
Compiling technical quotations, processing orders and handling technical queries.
JOB FUNCTION:
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
All customer technical queries are responded to within 24 hours.
Orders are managed to ensure that customer receive 95% of their orders within the revised delivery period.
Sales force is assisted with any technical queries on screening with 24 hours.
Customer complaints are handled within 24 hours.
DOCUMENTATION:
Spot checks are conducted on order in order to achieve a quality rating of 80%.
Logging of innovations on MDW when necessary.
Updating of MDW charts as required.
ORDER FULFILMENT:
Pricing and scope of work of order is checked against tender to ensure that the correct products and services are supplied to the client.
Technical and commercial conditions are checked with relevant managers to minimise the risk to the company
Drawings are made available to ensure that products are manufactured correctly.
Project Engineers checklist is completed upon handover of orders to Project Engineer.
Performance bonds are arranged with Finance Department according to customer requirements.
Relevant documents are faxed to client to formalise the contract.
Follow-up with clients is conducted to ensure that all documentation is received and signed accordingly.
Operating and maintenance manuals are compiled and delivered to the client as required.
TECHNICAL QUOTATIONS:
Technical quotations are completed within the customers requested date.
Trommel, Sieve Bend and Static Screens are sized accurately.
Branches are advised on technical limitations when necessary.
Sites are visited when required to advise customers and submit quotations.
Commercial conditions are included in quotations to minimise risk to the company.
Follow up order schedule is updated weekly.
