We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with Pastel accounting software and possess basic accounting skills to support financial record-keeping and reporting. This role requires strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, correspondence, and office supplies.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records using Pastel accounting software.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff as required.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.
- Support HR administration, including onboarding documentation and maintaining employee records.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Implement and maintain office procedures and policies to optimize efficiency.
