Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and travel clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and service concerns.
- Conduct regular client reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and satisfaction with service levels.
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase account revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
- Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and service agreements within company guidelines.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Account Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize growth and profitability.
- Analyse client trends, rental patterns, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with operations and fleet management teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare detailed sales and account performance reports for management.
- Track KPIs, revenue, and profitability for each account.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on client data and market intelligence.
Collaboration and Coordination
- Work closely with the National Sales Manager and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Participate in tenders, proposals, and contract presentations.
