Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our FMCG manufacturing team. As the Office Administrator in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the office and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
- Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for senior management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
- Oversee office maintenance and facilities management, including liaising with vendors.
- Assist with onboarding new employees and provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with FMCG industry terminology and processes is a plus.
