Role Overview:
Position requires a driven and customer-focused LPG & Special Gases Sales Representative to support the growth of the company's Bulk LPG, Special Gases (including laboratory and specialty gas mixtures), and Bulk Ammonia product lines in Gauteng. This role is responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing customer accounts, providing technically sound product recommendations, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to order fulfilment—working closely with internal operational and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new industrial clients for Bulk LPG applications, including heating, process energy, and fuel switching.
Grow sales of specialty gas mixtures, laboratory gases, and bulk ammonia across targeted sectors.
Manage existing customer accounts to ensure service excellence, retention, and growth.
Conduct site visits and work with technical teams to support solution design and safe product application.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare quotations and proposals, and present product solutions to key decision-makers.
Support contract negotiations under the guidance of the Sales Manager and relevant internal teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and safety departments to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate sales activity reports and CRM records.
