Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project handover, planning and scheduling.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Manage scope, variations, risks, delays and contractual notifications.
• Control project costs, budgets, invoicing and supplier validation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive safety, quality and compliance across all project activities.
• Lead and support project teams, including performance management and development.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting using ERP systems (STRUMIS). 

Skills, Knowledge, experience and talents required for this role:

• 10+ years experience in operation/fabrication/production and proven record leading project teams.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• MS Office proficient (STRUMIS and added advantage).
• Strong leadership and accountability.
• Emotional intelligence.

• Conflict resolution and performance management.
