We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Contracts Line Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in the HVAC, ventilation, air-conditioning, glass & aluminum, and roofing industries. This individual will be responsible for managing the Contracts Department and overseeing all construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise, and manage all construction project activities.
- Supervise subcontractors and on-site staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct thorough quality control inspections and enforce all safety regulations.
- Liaise with contractors, project managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination.
- Prepare, allocate, and manage staff work schedules.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily site activities.
- Coordinate manpower, tools, and equipment to meet project timelines and deliverables.
