Role Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Photocopier Technician to install, maintain, and repair multifunctional office devices. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge specifically on Konica Minolta and Develop copiers/printers. The role involves field service, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and network photocopiers and multifunctional printers
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues on-site
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond promptly to service calls and technical queries
- Maintain accurate service documentation and reports
- Provide customer training and support on device functionality
- Ensure stock levels for parts and consumables are maintained
- Travel to client sites as required across regions

Minimum Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience as a Photocopier/MFP Technician
- Hands-on experience with Konica Minolta & Develop product lines (non-negotiable)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Strong troubleshooting and networking abilities
- Good understanding of Windows environments and printer drivers
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Advantageous
- OEM Certifications (Konica Minolta, Develop, Ricoh, etc.)
- CompTIA A+ / N+ or related technical qualification
- Previous experience with fleet management software
