Responsibilities
- Live-in care with 24-hour support as needed.
- Assistance with medication reminders, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and meals.
- Companionship and emotional support.
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition.
- Maintaining a clean and safe home environment.
- Liaising with family members or healthcare professionals as required.
