Key Responsibilities

Superb Customer Management

• Build relationships with existing customers
• Transfer of existing relationships/sales to company 
• Troubleshoot with online clients

Sales activities

• Facilitating orders within a designated sales channel
• Capturing sales orders
• Ensuring delivery of orders
• Overall customer satisfaction
• Facilitating the delivery of Online orders
• Engaging with and troubleshooting for online clients

Minimum Requirements for Prospective Candidates

• Minimum 5 years working experience in tele-sales – FMCG preferred
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS Office/ WooCommerce and Umbrella Software)
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospective new clients, both face to face and over the phone.
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle high-pressure situations
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• A minimum level of education – Matric and Tertiary education BSc/BA will be a plus
