• Oversee full farm operations across 3000ha.
• Manage machinery allocation, labor, and daily planning.
• Lead crop planning and execution for all seasonal activities.
• Coordinate soil sampling, field preparation, and planting programs.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inputs, and stock control.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain basic digital records (Excel/systems).
• Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and adherence to farm standards.
• Provide leadership to farm teams and guide best agricultural practices.
