  • Internal Sales Representative to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing sales orders, and handling incoming calls The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries, quotes, and order processing in a timely manner
  • Input and maintain accurate customer data and sales orders in the system
  • Handle incoming calls on the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and customer retention goals
  • Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate

  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues both verbally and in writing. Must be able to convey information clearly and professionally.

  • Proficient switchboard operation: Experience in handling incoming calls, transferring calls to appropriate parties, taking messages accurately, and providing general information to callers.
  • Organizational skills: Must be able to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Attention to detail is crucial in order to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Technical aptitude: Basic knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Team player: Willingness to collaborate with colleagues from different departments, provide support as needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Capacity to troubleshoot customer inquiries, resolve issues effectively, and make quick decisions when faced with challenges.
  • Adaptability: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to changing needs, and adjust to evolving priorities within the manufacturing industry.
