Qualifications and/ or Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Agile certification preferred
Formal training in SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology advantageous
Experience and skills:
3–6 years’ experience managing IT or business system projects end-to-end
Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and delivering medium to large-scale projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid)
Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business teams
Analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
Financial acumen for managing project budgets and forecasts
Experience within the manufacturing or supply chain environment advantageous
