Brief Description of Key Performance Areas
- Compile and drive all strategies on Operations.
- Spearhead initiatives to improve inbound and outbound operations, including reduction in error-rates , flow analysis, policy & procedure reviews
- Compile and implement operational policies and procedures
- Define, drive, analyse and report on monthly Warehouse KPIs and output
- Develop and train all team members to best practice standards Deploy technology, digitisation and automation across inbound and outbound operations to improve customer service and contribute towards stock accuracy
- Define, implement and execute Standard Operating Procedures within Operations
- Drive collaboration with other warehouse teams, procurement, product & engineering
- Responsible for overall Quality and Health and Safety in the Warehouse Shared responsibility for security of site to ensure products are kept safely and securely
- Manage the Warehouse equipment cost-effectively
- Ensure all teams actively contribute towards the standard of housekeeping
