Key Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management within B2B sales in South Africa
- Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering strong revenue growth
- Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills
- Degree in Management (or related field) – essential
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
- Highly target-driven, resilient, and results-focused
Advantageous (Not Essential)
- Experience in corporate gifting, incentives, or related B2B industries
- Experience scaling or restructuring sales teams in a growth business
