Role Overview 

  • The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our existing corporate sales and sales administration teams, while aggressively expanding B2B revenue. This is a senior, hands-on role with ambitious growth targets and direct accountability for results.
  • The position is in-house at our Midrand Head Office and reports directly to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage senior client and key corporate stakeholder relationships, ensuring long-term retention and account growth
  • Lead, manage, and develop the corporate sales and admin teams
  • Drive new business acquisition and grow existing corporate accounts
  • Recruit, train, and scale sales and support teams in line with growth targets
  • Set, manage, and deliver against aggressive sales targets
  • Implement and refine B2B sales strategies, processes, and reporting
  • Forecast sales performance and report regularly to the Managing Director
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to maximise results

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management within B2B sales in South Africa
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams and delivering strong revenue growth
  • Strong people management, coaching, and performance management skills
  • Degree in Management (or related field) – essential
  • Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Highly target-driven, resilient, and results-focused

Advantageous (Not Essential)

  • Experience in corporate gifting, incentives, or related B2B industries
  • Experience scaling or restructuring sales teams in a growth business
