We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives F divisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, overseeing campaign performance, and driving measurable growth through targeted marketing programmes.
This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong analytical capability, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration while maintaining brand consistency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives across multiple divisions.
- Establish brand positioning, define target audiences, and create marketing plans with measurable objectives.
- Lead end-to-end execution of marketing programmes, leveraging internal resources and external agency partnerships.
- Track, analyse, and report on advertising campaign performance and overall marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and optimise the marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Generate analytics reports with insights, strategic recommendations, and formal proposals for go-to-market improvements.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to develop creative briefs and guide campaign direction across all platforms.
- Monitor customer insights, market trends, and consumer behaviour to refine marketing strategies.
- Drive lead generation initiatives and improve customer conversion rates.
- Produce engaging, conversion-driven content for the company website and digital platforms.
- Manage community engagement, including platforms such as Hello Peter and social media channels.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Measure marketing performance against set KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Analyse customer behaviour data to optimise advertising and outreach efforts.
- Proactively identify and resolve marketing-related issues or concerns.
