We are seeking a well-organised and professional Junior Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and secretarial support to management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing correspondence, handling front-office duties, maintaining diaries, and ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Typing and formatting quotes, letters, reports, and other business documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, courier items)
- Answering and directing calls via switchboard in a professional manner
- Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors
- Managing executive diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
- Preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes where required
- Filing, scanning, and maintaining accurate office records
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with general administrative duties as required
