• Efficiently execute all sales administration functions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain close communication between customers and sales consultants
• Maintain precise record keeping of all correspondence between customers and consultants
• Maintain patient records with highest level of confidentiality
• Liaise with all relevant departments, branches, staff, patients, doctors, and medical aids
• Coordinate with other departments, such as warehousing, operations, and human resources, to ensure efficient branch operations
• General office duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and collating
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the sales administrative processes
