• Efficiently execute all sales administration functions in a timely and accurate manner • Maintain close communication between customers and sales consultants • Maintain precise record keeping of all correspondence between customers and consultants • Maintain patient records with highest level of confidentiality • Liaise with all relevant departments, branches, staff, patients, doctors, and medical aids • Coordinate with other departments, such as warehousing, operations, and human resources, to ensure efficient branch operations • General office duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, and collating • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards • Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve the sales administrative processes

Experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration duties • 1-2 years of administrative experience in a sales or customer service role, experience in a medical device or healthcare industry preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Fluency in English and Afrikaans • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Must have own reliable transport • Ability to work well under pressure and with large volumes of work • Display strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain organized
