Key Responsibilities
- Prepare notes, invoices, job cards, and work-in-progress reports in coordination with the workshop.
- Generate failure reports and liaise with technical teams to ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective customers and expand the existing customer base.
- Order spare parts and manage stock requirements efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in SAGE accounting software.
- Use Microsoft Excel and Outlook for reporting, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and customer service tasks.
