The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, coordinating orders, and providing expert product guidance to clients within the mining, construction, and heavy equipment sectors. This role requires a customer-focused approach, strong technical knowledge of powertrain and machinery components, and the ability to support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding products, availability, and pricing.
- Generate and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients on powertrain components, gearboxes, and spare parts.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the procurement, logistics, and field sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients.
- Assist in developing sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth objectives.
