Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Role Purpose:
To provide high-level technical support to the CEO (for, during and after meetings). This role bridges the gap between administrative excellence and engineering insight, ensuring that technical projects, meeting outcomes, and strategic initiatives are executed with precision
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Liaison & Meeting Management:
- Attend high-level technical briefings and board meetings alongside the CEO.
- Take minutes that capture complex technical requirements, project milestones, and financial implications.
- Translate technical jargon into actionable executive summaries.
2. Engineering Follow-up & Project Tracking:
- Act as the CEO’s "eyes and ears" regarding project progress.
- Follow up with department heads (Engineering, Production, R&D) to ensure deliverables discussed in meetings are met on time.
- Review technical reports or proposals before they reach the CEO's desk to ensure quality and accuracy.
3. Strategic Workflow Support:
- Manage the CEO’s priority list, ensuring that urgent technical issues are escalated and administrative bottlenecks are cleared.
- Prepare presentations and data visualizations for the CEO, often involving engineering metrics or site performance data.
