DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospective customers and old customers
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with new and old customers
- Quotations and tenders on standard catalogue items
- All Quotation will be ACCURATELY done on Sage or on excel (Company Quote).
- Accurate capturing of ALL the order information on the Sage system, these include the correct customer name, product code, price, contact person, mobile number and delivery address.
- The efficient management and releasing of customer back-orders, each Individual sales person is responsible for their own back orders and customer service.
- Quotes, Tenders and projects – follow up
- Closing of a sale.
- Do after sales service
- Promote all products, with some product training
- Communicate Customer satisfaction and complaints
- Keep customers informed of any changes made to products, new products and any possible price changes.
- Negotiate prices and discounts within stated perimeters.
- Collect Customer Original Credit Application and evaluate place of business.
- Weekly call sheets
- Goods return for credit
- Communicate ideas for improvement
- Contract Review
