This role will support the Parts Department in the coordination and execution of parts sales and customer experience initiatives.
The Parts Administration Graduate will assist with parts administration, accounts recon’s, capturing of data, system and documentation processing, and customer liaison relating to parts supply,
while gaining practical experience through exposure to various parts sales and supply functions.
- Responsible for the processing of the over the counter cash accounts
- Downloading of cash account invoices daily
- completing of the required information from the bank and the sales person Posting of required items onto SAP
- Following up and clearing of the required
- Ad hoc posting of bank items
- Process cash accounts including download of all cash account invoices on a daily basis verify banking details and allocations on SAP
- Recon credit card and EFT transactions daily
- Follow up on any discrepancies and clear cash accounts daily
- Assist customers and dealers with waybill numbers and tacking of parcels
- Processing purchase order receipts and ensuring that documents are submitted to creditors for payment
- General parts administration including daily filing of sales orders, credit notes, purchase orders and assist with POD’s.
