The Technical Training Centre Administrator is responsible for the administration coordination and operational support of the company Technical Training Centre
The role ensures that dealer and internal technical training programmers are delivered efficiently safely and in compliance with company standards supporting high quality product knowledge and service capability across the dealer network
Coordinate and administer dealer and internal technical training programmers
Manage course scheduling dealer nominations registrations attendance and certification records
• Maintain accurate training records in company systems LMS SharePoint databases
• Support trainers with logistics travel arrangements and training preparation
• Ensure training facilities, classrooms and workshops are prepared and compliant with health and safety standards
Prepare training reports and assist with audits, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
