This role will support the Service Department in the coordination and execution of service and customer experience initiatives
The Service Administration Graduate will assist with service administration internal collaboration telematics tracking service scheduling capturing of data system and documentation processing while gaining practical experience through exposure to various service and repair functions
- Monitor telematics tracking alerts and notifications
- Liase with customers regarding services and repairs due
- Process job costing compile and submit quotations
- Loading CMDW for COD accounts
- Open job cards for PDI scheduled services warranty repairs equipment and component rebuilds
- Load all parts for services required
- Monitor work in progress
- Capture daily timesheets and overtime of technicians on D365
- Process monthly overtime on SAGE 300
- Close all jobs and process invoices
- Create all purchase orders on D365 & SAP
- GR all purchase orders on D365 and SAP
- Process supplier GR orders to OCR
- Perform general workshop administration relating to services of the vehicle fleet customer enquiries service reporting etc
