Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and generate new business leads
- Perform cold calling and emailing to secure meetings for senior sales team members
- Assist with preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing client queries
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Compile and submit weekly sales activity reports (ADAPT reports) against targets
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Assist in managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including scheduling posts and engaging with audiences
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns, activations, and events (e.g., trade shows, community expos)
- Ensure all sales and marketing collateral (brochures, business cards, presentations) is up to date and available
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within South Africa and report insights to management
