FT Contract - External Sales Assistant - Ekurhuleni (East Rand) - South Africa

3 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Description & Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management capturing for sales team on system (Customer Base)
• Coordinating website updates
• Customer notification of price increases
• Coordinating of advertising
• Coordinating corporate gifts/handouts
• Coordinating of new business cards, Work wear and safety wear for sales team
• Compiling of safety file when visiting customers (If required)
• Company travel arrangements – car, flights, accommodation (international and local) the Group's sales team’s
• Making of training manuals
• PowerPoint and other version of presentations for Sales team and Management
• Coordinating sales meetings
• Doing reports of the sales team for Sales meetings
• Design, Ordering and distributing of Calendars
• Coordinating and managing customer Days
• Getting marketing material for events – Golf Days, Customer Days, Expo’s
• Arrangements with relevant customers on event days
• Ordering of groceries for sales team and potential meetings at office
• Stand-in at Reception/Switchboard when required
• Assisting with day-to-day tasks for sales team
• Ad-hoc functions as allocated by management

Matric

Previous Sales Administration/Support experience

Strong Excel (essential) , Word, and PowerPoint (essential) skills - will be compiling presentations for the Sales Team

Able to handle travel arrangements – car, flights, accommodation (international and local)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills
