- Act as the primary point of contact for customers understanding their needs and providing technical solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
- Collaborate with electrical engineering and product development teams to gather technical product information and provide accurate information to customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our electrical engineering solutions
- Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotes and contracts to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements to close deals
- Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries or issues in a timely manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and pricing to make recommendations for product improvements or new offerings
- Strong technical background in engineering to understand and effectively communicate complex product information to customers
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to a diverse audience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales objectives
- Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities to address customer challenges and find creative solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications to manage customer relationships and sales activities
- Cold calling quotations and finding new clients for our maintenance scope work
