Front-of-House & Client Care

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
  • Escort clients to meeting rooms and ensure they are comfortable
  • Offer refreshments (tea/coffee/water) and maintain a hospitable environment
  • Ensure reception and meeting areas are clean, organised, and presentable

Communication & Switchboard Support

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and direct them appropriately
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide backup support for switchboard operations

Administrative Support

  • Assist managers with basic administrative tasks when required
  • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules
  • Coordinate small office tasks (couriers, deliveries, basic supplies)

Client Experience & Well-being

  • Create a calm, welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively assist
  • Support managers by ensuring clients feel comfortable and well taken care of
