Requirements:
- Matric
- Certificate, Diploma or experience in Finance, Insurance and Sales
- Minimum 2 years in call centre- Ideally from the insurance, tele sales, banking, or
- Clear explanation of financial matters
- Ability to build trust quickly
- Strong listening skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid written & verbal communication skills
- Multitasking & time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Debt Counselling will be a bonus
- English & Afrikaans a requirement
