Purpose of Role:
- Supporting role to the IMS department within the Quality Assurance function.
- Establishing an integrated management function within ambits of the SharePoint management system.
- Conduct work activities in a professional manner that reflects positively on the image of the company, and conforms to current Health and Safety legislation, upholding company Health and Safety Policy.
Brief Description of the Position:
- Implementation and maintaining of ISO 9001/14001/45001 system; Internal Auditing of processes and procedures
- Sub-contractor auditing and evaluating performance; Compiling procedures and work instructions
- Delivering training presentations relating to IMS to company employees; Establishing training procedures relating to SharePoint
- Analysis of SAP notifications (X1/AX2/X3/X6) and implementing corrective measures
- Compile quality/ safety/ environmental reports
- Ensuring that all latest IMS information is available on SharePoint; Preparing and analyzing information for management review
- Monitor and develop CIP processes and follow up with relevant departments
- Ensure timeous closure of concessions; Assisting safety officer compiling site safety files
- Comply with and enforce all company policies and procedures
- Assist fellow employees with daily functions as and when required
- Carry out all other reasonable tasks that may be delegated from time to time
