Responsible for overseeing approximately 11 stores, each employing between 3–7 staff members. This role will report directly to the Regional Manager as well as the National Operations Manager. The store locations vary across the region, and surrounding sites. As such, the ideal candidate may be based anywhere between the Waterfront and Somerset West, with location being negotiable depending on the candidate’s suitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
- Stock control and inventory management oversight
- Staff supervision and operational support across multiple stores
- Implementation of disciplinary procedures when required
- Compilation and management of staff rosters/scheduling
- Maintenance of operational logs and compliance documentation
- Handling compliance-related calls and follow-ups
- Support and execution of new store openings
- Ensure high levels of customer service across all stores
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally
