Lab and Storeman, Tech Support & maintenance team members, remote monitoring team
Job Purpose
To oversee and manage technical support and Maintenance activities, whilst ensuring highest levels of compliance and standards as defined by the overall Industrial strategic objectives.
Key Performance Areas:
- Technical Support (40%)
- Maintenance planning and support (30%)
- Compliance (10%)
- Customer Service (20%)
Technical Support:
Ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime.
Maintenance Planning and Support:
Achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward planned and structured maintenance activities.
Compliance:
Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, protecting assets, people, and reputation
Customer Service:
Maintain strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines.
