The successful candidate will engage with Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Property Managers, Developers, Local Authorities, and End Users to promote technical solutions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with industry professionals and stakeholders.
- Conduct mainstream marketing activities targeting Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Property Managers, Developers, Local Authorities, and End Users.
- Maintain strong and professional communication with prospects, clients, and industry professionals.
- Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Develop and implement client strategies and planning initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong technical sales management capabilities and lead teams effectively.
- Compile sales tenders, project proposals, and reports.
- Prepare costing sheets and approve ventilation design proposals and tenders.
- Lead teams proactively to drive technical customer decisions within a competitive market environment.
- Travel as required to support client engagement and business development activities.
