- Maintaining the company Time and Territory management system
- Reasonable improvements of area sales results per year
- Drive Company opportunities in the area
- Providing continuous and accurate feedback to the area Sales Lead
- Ensure that the company is professionally represented at all times
- Clear demonstration of loyalty to the company (i.e.) no other business interests
- Efficient management of confidential/intellectual company property
- Maintaining stock and cost-effective repairs in satellite workshops
- Monitor the clocking records and quality work of the demonstrators and service technicians
- Submit monthly invoices and clocking records for services technician and make sure payments are made by
- Glencore.
- Ensure debts are paid within 30 days or as per the agreement with the customer.
- Ensure that the repair Job cards are completed, and orders are in place for invoicing.
- Compile and submit monthly contractor’s submissions
- Represent the company at any Sanire or similar meetings.
- Perform Monthly forecasting for all customers using the internal sales tool
- Manage Demonstrators and service Technicians in assigned area
- Willingness to work from early in the morning up until late when performing investigations and trials
- Understand and know Company’s product range.
- Provide regular training to Demonstrators and Service Technicians.
