- Drive sales growth and market penetration within designated export territories.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining customers, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting through to contract award.
- Prepare and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and project execution.
- Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback.
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territories to support business development and customer engagement.
- Lead cross functional teams to Identify & develop business opportunities by analysis, planning and proposal of projects resulting in growth for the African business.
- Develop effective commercialization strategies for new & innovative customer offerings, including “seeding” of potential new markets.
- Facilitate the development of all commercialization tools (including selling aids and pricing mechanisms) for all new products / services, prior to commercial release in African markets.
- Co-ordinate and contribute to tender submissions for the African region to maintain & increase market share & GP margins.
- Pursue & implement initiatives to reduce overall cost and improve efficiency of business operation and profitability in Africa

- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in the supply of mining consumables, ground support products, or related mining solutions
- Proven sales experience within the mining industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain customer relationships at multiple organisational levels.
- Travel within Africa
- Experience managing customers across multiple African countries and cultures.
