We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities within the construction sector and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, generating leads through site visits and networking, preparing quotations, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and visit active and upcoming construction sites to generate new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, project managers, and other industry stakeholders.
- Generate new sales leads and convert opportunities into business.
- Conduct site visits to gather project information and assess customer requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of client visits, enquiries, quotations, sales activities, and project updates.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions as required.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
