Job Description	We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Factory Manager to oversee all aspects of our production facility The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes as well as strong leadership and management abilities The interpersonal skills to drive culture change and motivate a team As the Manufacturing Factory Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and cost effective operation of the manufacturing facility while maintaining high quality standards Responsibilities: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resources Manage and supervise all production staff including hiring training and performance evaluations The interpersonal skills to drive culture change and motivate a team Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes Oversee maintenance of equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and minimal downtime Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and quality assurance to streamline operations Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce production costs Key Skills: Proven experience in manufacturing operations management Strong knowledge of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to analyze data and make evidenced based decisions Proficiency in project management and budgeting Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards Problem-solving and decision-making abilities The Manufacturing Factory Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our manufacturing operations If you are a detail oriented results driven professional with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity To apply immediately for this position click here.
Inherent Requirements	CNC Programming capability and strong production planning skills Hands on experience with lathes horizontals verticals and 5 axis machining Petrochemical machining experience The ability to offset jobs and make sound judgement calls to prevent scrap particularly important given the nature of forgings Experience managing tooling and carbide consumable costs Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in a manufacturing CNC workshop managing the quality control and production planning using Mastercam
