- Own the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close, handover to Customer Success.
- Build a healthy weekly pipeline from self-sourced outbound across priority sectors.
- Translate email marketing outcomes into business value: list growth, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Position deliverability and compliance as differentiators: sender reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, POPIA best practice.
- Multithread deals with Marketing, RevOps, eCommerce and leadership stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and activity discipline.
- Sold into Marketing, eCommerce, RevOps/Sales Ops, CRM owners, or agency channels.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Calendly/Chili Piper.
- Working knowledge of email concepts: segmentation, automations, A/B testing, templates, deliverability, POPIA compliance. Martech solutions.
